purpose of EduCare’s Learning Community Program is to inspire and
empower schools’ Instructional Transformation Teams (ITT’s)
and their school stakeholders to become effective school change leaders,
resulting in an on-going process of improving the quality of education
for all students.

EduCare’s Learning
Community Program includes the following components:
School Change
Facilitators
School Change Facilitators serve as consultants/coaches to schools’
Instructional Transformation Teams and stakeholders in support of their
needs and reform directions. They skillfully assist the ITT’s in
implementing opportunities for the entire school community to actively
participate as co-creators in the reform process.
Instructional
Transformation Teams’ Training
ITT’s consist of approximately ten to fifteen school community members
and include students, parents, teachers, classified staff, support staff
and administrators.

Learning Workshop prepares schools to develop and manage successful community

Teambuilding and communication
are two vital qualities necessary for developing a positive work environment
and a high performing team. EduCare’s Teambuilding Workshop involves
participants in developing tools and techniques for more effectively managing
on-the-job relationships, communication, and problem-solving skills. Simulations
and highly interactive teambuilding initiatives engage participants in
transformational teambuilding experiences that have practical application
to student success.
